Setting up a new printer can sometimes be daunting, especially with the added capability of Wi-Fi that most have these days.

I can help you get your new printer set up and connected to your home Wi-Fi so that you can print from any of your devices.

Printers are great, but they’ve always been plagued with problems. If you’re constantly having issues with your printer, I can identify and solve the problem for you or at the very least, point you in the right direction.

Our homes are getting smarter and, as a consequence, more complicated. If you’ve recently purchased a smart home device like a surveillance camera, smart lighting, speakers, doorbells etc, I can set these up for you (excluding electrical work) or work to find the cause of any existing issues you might be encountering.

$15 per tape / 10% Discount for 10+ tapes / 20% Discount for 20+ tapes

This includes converting the tape to a digital video format, uploading the file to the cloud, and providing you with a link to download your video.

Mould Cleaning and Tape Repair prior to conversion will incur an additional $15 per tape if it is required.

I will collect your tapes, free of charge, if you live within 20km of Newcastle CBD. You can also mail them to me if you prefer.

If you have videos stored on other old storage media, let me know what you have and I will advise you if I can transfer these for you and the associated costs.

I can convert audio cassette tapes to a digital audio file for you. The cost for this is a small $5 per tape.

The files will be made available to you for download from my cloud server.

I offer a free collection and return service for those times when you can’t be present whilst I work. This involves me collecting the device from your home or office, carrying out the required work and returning it to you at a convenient time.
